Click on the Start menu or the Search field at the bottom left or your screen and begin typing “Snip”
Click the Snipping Tool app when you see it
Click New
Move the crosshair Snipping Tool cursor to the upper left corner of what you want to copy.
Click your left mouse button, holding it down move the cursor to the bottom right corner, and let go of the button
Click File > Save As in the Snipping Tool window
Upload the file to this ticket form or attach it as a reply to your ticket email
